The furniture industry in Damietta Governorate is the backbone of the governorate’s economy and represents one of the most important furniture manufacturing centers in the Middle East. It transcends being merely a craft, forming a complete artistic school that combines historical heritage with innovative design.

Damietta Governorate includes thousands of diverse factories and workshops, as well as skilled technicians from the governorate working in various furniture manufacturing sectors, as the governorate produces more than 80% of the total furniture in Egypt.

Therefore, the exhibition will be held in Damietta Furniture City, the first and largest industrial zone specializing in furniture manufacturing in the Middle East. Located on the main Damietta-Port Said road in the “Shatta” area, it covers 331 acres and includes thousands of workshops, factories, and advanced technology centers. Its strategic location also makes it easily accessible from all Egyptian governorates.
